Вкусный салат с авокадо для правильного питания

Preparation:

1. Все овощи помыть, авокадо очистить от кожуры, отделить косточку.
2. Все нарезать (лук мелкими кусочками)
3. Соединить и заправить маслом. Подавать сразу, пока овощи не пустили сок.

Этот салат будет идеальным ужином. Замечательный рецепт для правильного питания.

Помидоры черри — веточка
Огурец — 1 шт.
Авокадо — 1 шт.
Сыр фета — 100 г (или любой салатный)
Красный лук — 1/2 шт.
Петрушка — по вкусу
Оливковое масло — по вкусу
Сок лимона — пару капель
