Preparation:
1. Залить кефиром овсянку
2. Дать настояться полчаса
3. В натертое яблоко, положить мед и корицу, смешать с хлопьями
4. Накладывать ложкой на смазанный противень
5. Запекать минут 30-35 (200град)
