Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients listed in the recipe (except fruits) into a smooth, lump-free batter.
2. Prepare (wash, slice) the fruit rings and, one by one, dip them whole into the batter and place them on a preheated and oiled pan.
3. Cook the pancakes on each side until golden brown.
Serve fruit ring pancakes with honey, low-fat sour cream, or yogurt.
