Preparation:
1. Beat the egg whites, separated from the yolks, with the addition of lemon juice.
2. Next, gradually add the sweetener and vanilla extract, while continuing to beat the mixture. Continue until it becomes a dense and thick foam-like mass.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pipe the egg white mixture from a large piping bag (about 5 cm in diameter).
4. Bake in the oven at 100°C. Baking time is 60–80 minutes.
The treat is ready. Do not take it out of the oven immediately; let it cool with the door closed. You can add a little cocoa to half of the meringue foam at the end of beating, and the meringues will turn out brown.
