Preparation:
1. Grate hard-boiled eggs using a coarse grater.
2. Finely chop green onions and dill and add them to the grated eggs.
3. Add semolina and flour, salt, and mix.
4. Add sour cream. Mix until a thick consistency is achieved.
5. Moisten hands under running water and form cutlets. Roll them in breadcrumbs (optional).
6. Fry on both sides in a pan with sunflower oil. The cutlets should brown during frying.
Half an hour of cooking and the dish can be served!
