Belarusian Vegetable Draniki

Preparation:

1. Лук с картофелем измельчаются с помощью терки. Морковь с перцем трутся на терке крупно.
2. Мука с яйцами добавляются к овощной массе и перемешиваются.
3. Драники выкладываются на сковороду для удобства ложкой и обжариваются с обеих сторон на оливковом масле до золотого оттенка.
