Preparation:
Place medium-sized pieces of chicken in a container, add the ingredients for the marinade, mix, and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into ribbons, salt, and leave for 10 minutes.
Alternately thread the rolled-up zucchini ribbons and the pieces of marinated chicken onto a skewer.
Fry each side of the kebab for 4 to 5 minutes in well-heated oil.
