Preparation:

1. Соединить все составляющие. Для взбивания взять миксер либо блендер. Всколотить тщательно.
2. В маленькие судочки порционно переложить и оставить на хранение в морозильнике.

Через пару часов холодное лакомство готово, но не забудьте вытащить мороженое минут за 20–30 до еды. Кушайте с удовольствием!

Нежирный творог – 150 г
1% Кефир – 150 г
Клубника(замороженая) – 130 г
Изюм – 15 г
Минеральная вода – 50 мл
