Incredibly Delicious 'Gifts of the Sea' Julienne

Preparation:

1.Креветки отвариваются вместе с морепродуктами, которые предварительно очищаются и нарезаются кусочками.
2.Креветки заливаются сливками, покрываются нарезанным лососем и снова слоем из сливок.Сверху блюдо приправляется специями.
3.Основа посыпается сыром и выпекается 15 мин.до образования запеченной корочки.
Жульен подается украшенный петрушкой.

Лосось — 300 грамм
Сыр — 100 грамм
Сливки — 40 грамм
Зелень петрушки — 1 по вкусу
