Preparation:
Take all ingredients for the marinade — onion and garlic heads, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ginger root. Blend everything into a paste. If it's too thick, dilute with water.
Divide the chicken into portions, marinating them with the prepared mixture. Optionally, add yogurt, pepper, or salt.
The marinated chicken should sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. After that, bake the meat in the oven for half an hour.
To get a golden crust, turn the dish over.
