Tender Zucchini Casserole with Chicken

Preparation:

1. Prepare the zucchini – if they are young, simply wash and cut into cubes for the meat grinder. If the skin and seeds have already hardened, remove them.
2. Grind the zucchini, chicken, and garlic in a meat grinder.
3. Mix all ingredients (set aside tomato and cheese).
4. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil or line with parchment paper. Spread the minced meat, then top with thinly sliced tomatoes. Then add the cheese – you can grate it or cut it into slices.
5. Bake for about an hour at 190 degrees Celsius.

Chicken fillet – 400 g
Cheese – 30 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.
