Preparation
Grease a baking sheet with sides. Sort through the groats, wash thoroughly under running water, spread on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with chopped onions and minced garlic cloves.
Process the chicken, cut into pieces. Lay it as a second layer and sprinkle with khmeli-suneli.
Spread sour cream over the chicken layer, pour one and a half cups of hot salted water into the baking sheet (you can use a little less). Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Cook in a preheated oven for 60 minutes.
The indicator of readiness will be a golden cheese crust. Carefully transfer the buckwheat with meat to a large flat plate, garnish with parsley.
