Preparation:

1. Flour, cottage cheese, and cold butter are thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
2. A ball is formed from the resulting mixture and chilled in the refrigerator for about an hour.
3. The table is floured, the dough is placed on it, and rolled out thinly. The dough thickness should be 4 mm.
4. Circles are cut out with cookie cutters and coated in sugar. The diameter of each circle should be up to 7 cm.
5. Each circle is folded in half with the sugar filling inside. Then it is folded in half again and coated in sugar.
6. Place the cookies on parchment paper, spaced apart (at least 2 cm apart).
7. Bake the dessert for 20 minutes. The oven temperature should be around 200 degrees Celsius.
